Experiential Facilitation

1:1 Experiential Facilitation

These sessions use somatic and parts-based exploration to help you notice internal system, emotional patterns, and body responses as they happen — not just in hindsight. The work is experiential and body-centered: curiosity over analysis, your pace, your choice. You'll learn to track sensation, emotion, impulse, and meaning as they arise, so insight comes from lived experience instead of thinking your way to a conclusion. Over time, this builds your capacity to stay connected to yourself without shutting down or getting overwhelmed — and helps you see how you've organized around safety, so you can meet your inner world with more compassion.

Preparation & Integration Intensive

Altered states— dreams, breath work, plant medicine — can open real windows for change. But without preparation and integration, what comes up in those states often stays fragmented instead of becoming something you can actually use. These sessions help you prepare for and integrate non-ordinary states of consciousness safely and intentionally. Learn More.
