Every pattern, symptom, and reaction is a protective strategy that makes sense when truly investigated and experienced in context. What appears irrational, self-defeating, or “stuck” often reflects an adaptive emotional truth learned through lived experience.

Rather than fighting against these patterns, we work to understand the deeper coherence beneath them—because lasting change emerges when the nervous system/psyche no longer needs the pattern to protect you.

When we discover and engage with the implicit (often unconscious) learnings that once served a protective purpose, we create the opportunity to change long standing beliefs by experiencing them in the presence of new information.

You make sense…

The Body in REC SPACE:

Two people practicing yoga indoors against a brick wall, one supporting the other in a balancing pose, both wearing athletic clothing.

Sensation, emotions , movement & and our sense of self are deeply intertwined — and in my experience, healing deepens when we engage them together, not in isolation. This isn't just a clinical position. It's something I've witnessed within myself and in the people I support.

That understanding is what REC SPACE was built on.

Over years of training in somatic, movement-based, and depth-oriented approaches, I've come to trust what talk therapy alone often can't reach: the felt-sense of an experience (which must include the body). The way a shift in posture can open an emotion. The way physical engagement can unlock insight. The way embodied awareness makes the inner world suddenly navigable and therefore changeable. The body is the vessel of our experience.

At REC SPACE, these elements come together into one integrated approach. One that meets you where you are — at the intersection of your body, your psychology, & your lived experience.

Words from your Practitioner:

Facilitating other’s in their self-exploration is a true honor, and I hold deep respect for the trust clients place in me. I approach this work with presence, humility, curiosity, intuition, and humor—prioritizing understanding over knowledge and co-creating a space where clients can safely explore their inner world.

My style is warm & empowering yet, direct. I help clients bring unconscious patterns into awareness and develop a more compassionate, empowered relationship with their whole system- Body, Mind, & Spirit (however you conceive that).

As a therapist, personal trainer and athlete, I believe the body holds profound, unspoken wisdom. The body is the vessel for all our experience. Therefore, my work always integrates somatic approaches to help clients attune to bodily signals while strengthening the mind’s capacity to interpret them skillfully.

Through this process, clients cultivate greater agency & psychological mobility, a trust in their internal leadership, and a secure home base within themselves—opening the door to deeper connection, curiosity, and meaningful engagement with the world.
