Clinical Therapy
Therapy for Individuals & Couples
Clinical therapy at REC SPACE blends relational, somatic, and experiential approaches to address emotional distress, developmental and relational trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. Sessions unfold within an attuned therapeutic relationship, using the healing power of experiential immersion alongside traditional talk therapy.
Sessions prioritize safety through presence, recognizing that meaningful change happens only when the nervous system is supported enough to reorganize. The body and its sensations are treated as a central source of information, helping clients notice how emotions, beliefs, and relational patterns are held experientially.
Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, therapy at REC SPACE supports clients in re-inhabiting themselves—developing greater emotional flexibility, relational capacity, and a more coherent sense of self over time.
