Preparation & Integration Sessions

An experience opens a door. Integration is how you walk through it.

Non-ordinary states of consciousness — whether catalyzed by plant medicines, breathwork, or other expanded experiences — can bring profound insight, emotional release, and a felt sense of what's possible. But the window they open doesn't stay open forever. What you do in the days and weeks that follow shapes whether those openings become lasting change — or remain fragments that fade, overwhelm, or confuse.

This work is designed to help you make the most of that window.

What these sessions offer:

Before your experience: We work together to clarify your intentions, address fears or resistance, and prepare your nervous system and psyche for what may arise. Setting context — internally and relationally — matters more than most people expect.

After your experience: Integration sessions help you metabolize what emerged. Not just cognitively ("what did it mean?") but somatically and relationally — how is it landing in your body? What parts of you are being asked to change? What new experiences need to be embodied, not just understood?

The goal is not to analyze your experience into meaning. It's to help what shifted actually settle — and to support you in living from it.

Who this is for:

People who have had or are planning a non-ordinary state experience and want intentional, embodied support around it. This includes plant medicine ceremonies, ketamine-assisted therapy with an outside provider, holotropic or transformational breathwork, and other peak experiences.

A note on scope:

These sessions are facilitated as somatic coaching, not as psychotherapy (unless you are also engaged in psychotherapy with me). I do not facilitate, recommend, or coordinate the use of any controlled substances. I work solely in the preparation and integration space — supporting you in approaching and metabolizing your own experience safely and meaningfully.
