Personal fitness training at REC SPACE is grounded in the understanding that movement shapes not only the body, but the nervous system and sense of self.
Sessions focus on functional neurology + fitness to build strength, coordination, and physical capacity while supporting regulation, resilience, and embodied confidence. Training is paced to your system’s needs, with attention to breath, effort, recovery, and how the body responds to challenge. Rather than pushing through or overriding signals, clients are invited to develop a more responsive, trusting relationship with their body.
Movement becomes a language for self-awareness—revealing patterns of protection, effort, collapse, or control—and a pathway toward greater agency and vitality. The goal is not just improved performance, but a felt sense of safety, capability, and presence in one’s body.
